With Mmemus technology, it is possible to create fine hole shapes! It enables three-dimensional structures without corner rounding.
"EmMemus" is a completely new method that combines unique plating technology with MEMS technology, allowing for the high-precision fabrication of molds for fine holes and microchannels. Not only round shapes, but also square, triangular, and convex shapes can be created. Additionally, by creating the plating in a rod shape, it can also be made to resemble a flow channel. We have received inquiries for various finely processed molds, such as molds for medical microchannel chips and molds with irregularities of about 15μm in diameter.
